Trio Nordestino — Forró Pé de Serra e Shows

# Northeastern Trio — The Live Legend of the Brazilian Forró | Shows 2026

With a trajectory begun in 1958, the **Northeastern Trio** celebrates 68 years of history in 2026, consolidating itself as one of the great heritages of forró pé de serra. Born in Bahia, the group goes through generations preserving the essence of northeastern music, with sanfona, zabumba, triangle and a repertoire that conquered Brazil.

Responsible for classics like *Looking for You* and *Sucking Ice*, the Trio built a historical discography, performed international tours and received recognition in important awards, including nomination to the Latin Grammy.

Among your special projects is **Northeastern Trio & Viola Forró**, I meet the violet Miltinho Edilberto that unites the group's great successes to the sonority of the violas of 10 and 12 strings, valuing the singing and traditions of the brazilian sertão.

With authenticity, joy and strong connection with the public, the Nordestino Trio presents a spectacle that unites memory, dance and popular culture. A special attraction for **SESCs, festivals, June parties, theatres and cultural circuits** who wish to celebrate the wealth of Brazilian music.
