Mr. Dan

I'm sorry. Dan is a prominent name of contemporary pagoda, uniting romanticism, samba, R&B, soul and black music in concerts of strong connection with the public. The project was born from the encounter of Daniel, singer, composer and keyboardist, with Fábio (bass) and Bruno (battery), building a musical identity marked by engaging melodies, grooves and lyrics that speak of love and everyday life.

Daniel began singing as a child at the age of eight, and turned his experience into a career as an interpreter and composer. With a phonographic trajectory initiated by "Sin" (2003), the trio released works such as "In Our Room", "All Yours – Acoustic" and the #EXPERI series, which gained new momentum in 2019 with production by Dudu Borges. Daniel also signs known compositions in the voices of Thiaguinho, Pericles and other artists, including "Calma Amor", "Best I Go", "Even More", "Sincera Me" and "Pretext".

One curiosity of his story is that music crosses three generations of his own family: Mr. Dan is the brother of Rodriguinho and Gaab's uncle, with whom he shares the Legacy project. The group also adds collaborations with names such as Rael, Léo Santana, Tierry and Dilsinho.

In March 2026, he released "No Ar em Salvador (Ao Vivo)", an album of 15 tracks recorded in the capital of Bahia, with participations by Rael, Léo Santana and Tierry. The year also brought new live tracks and, in October, a collaboration with Rodriguinho and Gaab in "Neither There / No Time / Divided". The agenda included shows announced in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro and "Legado", in Terra SP. For November 15, it is announced the recording of the audiovisual "No Ar no Rio", in Gigoia Island; on the 21st, his participation in the paGGodin, in Ribeirão Preto.

Among copyright songs, popular successes and arrangements that approach pagoda and soul, Mr. Dan delivers a vibrant, affective and contemporary spectacle to theaters, festivals, Sesc, popular parties and corporate events.
