GUPE

GUPE is the duo gaúcho formed by Guga Lamar and Pedro Freitaz, childhood friends who transformed the passion for music into a prominent trajectory in the new MPB. With harmonious voices, guitars and a sonority that brings together Brazilian pop, bossa nova and authoral song, they conquered the public with affective rereadings and compositions themselves.

The project gained projection on social networks from 2021 and took its music to the stage in Brazil. In the discography are the EP "Ao Vivo no Blue Note São Paulo" (2024) and the author album "Inside One Forever" (2024). The duo also performed at Planet Atlantis and Sesc Belenzinho in 2025.

In 2026, GUPE expanded its digital repertoire with "When the Rain Pass", a new edition of "Palpite" and "Villarejo", released on October 16, the latest record identified on the platforms. The recognition of "The Moon Q I T Dei" with gold single reinforced the repercussion of the work.

In intimate performances or with band, GUPE offers a meeting between nostalgia, emotion and musical freshness, ideal for theaters, Sesc, festivals, cultural projects and special events.
